The training days could be shorter and over 4/5 days instead. The course content was fantastic and can easily be adapted and made relatable for me
This is the gap and the training we have been needing and asking for. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and think it should be mandatory and rolled to everyone who works with CAMHS or challenging behaviour.
Really well delivered course. I have learnt a great deal that I will take forward into my future practice. Kirstie was well informed, delivered the course very well whilst keeping it light hearted and fun. She was very personable and approachable.
Good training everything thoroughly explained and good examples given.
The Training and trainers were Knowledgeable and always on hand to answer questions, they took the course at our own pace and made sure we understood everything before proceeding
Absolutely spot on. Both were interactive with us and made it fun however serious about treating people well.
I think the course was all in all extremely competent and really helped to build a lot of knowledge and skill for us as workers. I enjoyed the way that it was interactive in aspects of the course that were necessary. The only down side was the amount of theory but that is to be expected in such an important course. Thank you all so much :)
The trainers were both well informed and encouraged questions throughout the 3 days training. They made me feel comfortable and willing to ask anything no matter how silly or small

The course offered a wide range of strategies relating to me role. After completing the course I feel confident on implementing these into my role. I have previously completed other intervention training but felt very positively that this training was targeted to strategies to try and avoid Physical Intervention. I felt like the course was delivered effectively and felt like due to the trainers giving real life examples on how these strategies were used I was able to visualise and understand how to use these effectively in my role and establishment.
