Very good and informative, and very patient and thorough
The course was very well delivered, educational, engaging and fun. Leigh made sure we were made aware of the learning outcomes, content was reviewed in regular intervals and there were regular opportunities for all participants to feel accomplished and included.
This was a good course, the theory section was delivered with confidence and I found it engaging. I’m neurodivergent so I know sometimes I can be harder to teach, I will often come out with instant comments relating to the subject that can make people laugh. I don’t mean it, but if I find it funny it flies out my mouth faster than my brain processes it. I thought the trainer did well with this. And I thank you for it.
I have done many courses in my past but this one was the most indepth course Everything was explained well and he never gave up until we got it right

This course was very informative and Ben made it very easy to understand. He was passionate about what he was teaching and ensured we understood what was being discussed. The intervention side was so much better than previous training I have attended feel better equipped to deal with situations that may occur in my workplace in a therapeutic way. Thank you
It was the first time I have ever done anything like this and was feeling really nervous and unsure of what to expect. Ben was really friendly the minute we walked in and clearly explained what we would be doing over the next three days. All three days were really interesting and knowledgable, I feel like I now have the skills and understanding to support a young person, presenting a behaviour of concern. Would recommend Ben and hope we get him again when we do the refresher. It was a mixture of both informative but there was room for a joke. Thank you so much!

An extremely useful course with very insightful principles and an emphasis on non restrictive intervention. The course tutor was very clear and professional using very tangible examples. I did throughly enjoy the course and would strongly recommend the course to all children,s residential homes
