Could do with a trigger warning as I found elements very challenging and increased my own anxiety. Trainer was very informative and helpful and his personal insights and analogies

John and Liam lessons were phenomenal, very informative and interactive. They answered every question and taught the restraint techniques extremely well.

I appreciate how they emphasized the importance of using physical restraint as last resort and the focus on de-escalation techniques.
