It's such amazing training / course very clear very thoughtful amazing teachers both ben and John I'm very happy with it I wish it could take longer than just 3 days overall all good I'm very happy with people I've met and I've learned alot form this course and I am very satisfied with it

I really enjoyed the course and give me good experience to support my self at work and more good communication with patients and colleagues to make work done perfectly

This course is unquestionably interesting and beneficial for security role in the NHS. Thanks to the great efforts of the trainers, I could effectively develop more techniques in psychology and more effective techniques in Physical intervention. I really enjoyed my time in the course.
