Jon did an exceptional job of delivering the course.
John showed high level of commitment in ensuring that knowledge was transfered to us from his wealth of experience. The class was engaging and I learnt so much. I can confidently be able to manage situations better than before and have a positive impact in my work place as well as in the life of the service users.
The course was really engaging and enjoyable. The trainer is 100% and he nailed it. He Had perfect experiences and live scenarios that was really impactful and helpful to our day to day experience at work.

Course could have contained some stuff about communication and processing time with regards to PBS as I feel like that is overlooked but otherwise really informative and have enjoyed Sherwood courses in the past
Ben was an excellent trainer, very enthusiastic and good sense of humour. The course was very thorough and interesting. I have done other restraint training by different providers but I found this training to have care and empathy as the main focus. I learnt different techniques which I think are safer and more affective.
