The course was very informative and I have learnt a lot. Leigh has been amazing and made me feel very comfortable to ask questions and helped us very much.
Having maternity leave for 8 month, this course has been very helpful to refresh my memory on PI and ways to manage behaviour. I would like to take the time to express how amazing Leigh has been in the training. She has answered questions, supported in having these answered and been a lovely bubbly person throughout.

I thought the course was so factual and informative. I learnt alot,and had fun as well. Jon and Ben where very professional through out.
It did not feel like a course at all. It was so interactive the main course leader is so articulate and pays attention to detail. The sub is a very calm person and helpful. The course was an overall enjoyable experience.
