Loved it. Rachel had loads of energy which made me want to learn more. Every day was enjoyable and knowledgeable. She used different ways for people to learn which was great, as everyone learns differently. Everyone's indivual needs where also catered for. Overall, great 3 days training session, thoroughly enjoyed!

I sincerely appreciated this course.it was refreshing and relevent..so much more focus on the proactivness of staff ensuring incidences are kept to a minimum and the care and well being of the young people are at the forefront of your mind. Why are we actually saying no.?it was amazing that rachael her self has been a registered manager and so could relate add a realness and understanding to the course. Thankyou!
