Andy was a fantastic trainer, really enjoyed course. Second time doing this course, I felt more confident with the training and support I received from Andy, thank you, feel so much more confident and happier in PBS training, thank you.

Found Kirstie to be an excellent trainer in what I would say were difficult circumstances. Many of the staff had no prior knowledge but some had lots and yet Kirstie made the course relevant to all experience levels. Her positive attitude was infectious and her knowledge and personal examples she gave really helped me learn. I have really enjoyed the course and at the start I was a little nervous being the only male in the group.

Trainer was clear and thorough and was fun.
