I am lucky to have been trained by the best Jack . Very elaborate, respectful and knowledgeable. I can now confidently manage behavior that challenges without doubt. I recommend Sherwood to everyone.

Learnt a lot from factors influencing behaviour, it gave me a proper view on what influences or knownin cues to some certain behaviour and how to de- escalate behaviour

I have learned more on the restriction skills and have gained knowledge on how to handle service user as well as protecting my self. The trainer was clear ,calm and respectful.

The course was amazing and really informative. The skills was exciting good to learn. I enjoyed how it is non-pain compliant. Kirsty, Has been amazing and she made us all feel welcome, her knowledge and how well she was prepare was by far the best I’ve ever had!! The way she took time to make us understand the importance of the training as well as ensuring we all understood. Simply the best! Can’t stress this enough.
