Very informative course . Useful skills and how to understand certain behaviours.
The trainer was very knowledgeable and confident during the training always been supportive and positive, engaging the audience in the training to deliver the content
Hannah was amazing. Showed all the techniques and explained them really well. If we had any doubts or queries these were immediately resolved. Advised on what we could do to make these techniques of restraint better and more appropriate to the children we will be working with.
