I learnt how to use positive behaviour support to a high standard and how to use physical interventions effectively.

The course is designed in the very fantastic way and easy to understand and the trainer MR BEN is at another level keep up the good work I will leave this class room with a big confident.

I’m feeling confident and ready to work and Ben was brilliant and thanks a lot

I think another exercise like the Simon case study would be good just to go through that style with a different circumstance

I feel that Ben was a great trainer and that he broke down everything which was needed. He used great training methods to assist learning.
