I have been fortunate to do my 3 day breakaway training with trainers Ben and Kirstie absolutely brilliant course ver informative and will take a lot of useful information and techniques with me throughout my career . The trainers are an absolute asset to your company. Merry Christmas .

Trainer was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a clear and concise way. They made the training fun and interactive. It was a small group which also made the training better as you could interact with others on the course and shared knowledge and experience.
Lee is a great guy, very interactive. Makes the course simple and straight forward. Wasn’t boring at all and made it lively and was very well explained.
Lee was very informative and managed to engage with the material on a personal level. Involving stories of his own experiences gave a great way to remember and reinforce the material.
I was feeling a bit nervous at first, but Lee remained enthusiastic and motivational throughout and couldn’t have asked for a better trainer. Not only have I gained confidence in PBS but in myself as well. Thank you- Bobbie
The training delivered Lee came across very professional but also made it personal which reached out to me on a best level possible due to the course it was. He explained everything to the best he could where I didn’t even feel the need to ask further questions as it was demonstrated perfectly. He made me feel confident during and after the course. It was just perfect start to finish!
Dea is a fantastic trainer! She made the course; engaging, informative and interesting. We were given lots of opportunities to ask questions and share examples which really added to the learning experience. When it came to the practical parts, Dea was patient and gave no judgement to those who needed further guidance.
