Liam was understanding of individuals capabilities and worked around them to ensure that everyone was trained to the same standard. Liam used humour and engaged all of us really well. Liam also used active listening to engage us by allowing us to finish sentences.
I feel Liam is a very good trainer amd will go over and over something if you don't get it , gets involved with all training really got all the group engaged and let's everyone get their points across , all staff need this training with Liam!
Overall course excellent. In depth explanation throughout for theory and practical.
