The training was great and the trainer helped with the team as he made the course entertaining and encouraged feedback from the participants.

Mat was an excellent teacher who was patient and professional throughout the course, always ensuring everyone was sure of anything taught before moving on. I have really enjoyed this training course and feel confident in my new job role.

The trainer was fabulous, understood positive hold, was empathetic and taught skills step by step when I was unclear. I was a bit apprehensive about holding young people however I feel confident regarding holding young people after the 3 day course
