Simon was brilliant in training over the last three days. I am new to the job and Simon and other members of staff made me feel well comfortable and at easy. If I didn’t understand something Simon would go over the answer to make sure I fully understood. He answered any questions which we throw at him. Overall training was brilliant.

Simon was very patient with us all, the course was very informative. I felt very confident after I had finished. It was all very enjoyable! Really good.

Both trainers were very good, knowledge very good and made the course very interesting, on of the best restraining courses I have been on, made fun and very professional
