Lee was absolutely incredible! He made sure we all understood everything. I enjoyed how informative he was regarding the legislations. I also like the fact he shared personal experiences. The course is educative, with proper steps starting from the Arousal model to the health and safety and non restrictive reactive strategies to restrictive reactive strategies. The trainer was well organized.
