Liam was absolutely brilliant and he shared his knowledge in a manner that enabled me to learn. It was definitely NOT just another PowerPoint presentation read out loud! Liam was present and switched on entire time, answered all my questions and willingly clarified everything I needed him to clarify for me. Definitely right man in a right role!

Lee rafter- I had training with Lee and honestly i learned so much and he made it fun to learn. When I first was signed up for the pbs training but he reassured me through the course days and made me confident about pbs. He had so much patience and was warm welcoming and understating that everyone was at different levels of learning things. The way he taught the theory part of the course was inspirational to the point I want to become a pbs trainer the way he had
