Well taught course. Highly enjoyable, especially the when participating in the restraint methods. Theory was taught in detail, and made easy to understand.

The trainer was fabulous, understood positive hold, was empathetic and taught skills step by step when I was unclear. I was a bit apprehensive about holding young people however I feel confident regarding holding young people after the 3 day course
