The course was very well presented. Rachel and John were exceptional teachers and I’ve taken away some techniques that will help me in the future. It was an amazing course and I couldn’t fault both of them.

Very informative trainers, with the course delivered effectively. Trainers put staff at ease throughout.

Both Jon and Rachael have been absolutely amazing trainers- I feel so fortunate to have experienced both of them as they were brilliant. Not only did they know the theory and the models they were training on inside out, they had lived experience of working and implementing the techniques, and were so utterly passionate about the values and the ethos of what they were teaching. I would highly recommend them to anyone working in any sort of care or teaching setting. Thank you Sherwood, the skills I have learnt have been invaluable towards helping our residents live the best possible quality of life.

Thoroughly enjoyed the course theory and practical. Joe was great as the trainer and made sure we all fully understood the course. I feel confident in using PBS in my job and whilst working with young people at AACS.
