This training has been one of the most engaging training session I have ever attended. Rachel is an amazing trainer who displays knowledge, enthusiasm and genuine care for young people. I would recommend this course to any provision who need a therapeutic child centred approach to physical intervention.

It's good that someone who actually implements pbs in their school currently is helping to teach it. Fiona was extremely knowledgeable and I found it a positive that she could relate questions to real world scenario's she has gone through

The course was highly informative and the trainer was very engaging and accommodated to all staff. All answers were answered clearly and Fiona ensured that everyone was understanding of what was said/done.

A lot of theory, but this is required and understandable. Trainers broke this theory up well with activities and discussion. Trainers had relevant anecdotes to contextualise information, strategies and techniques.
