I have really enjoyed the training because I was able to refresh my memories on the techniques of restrictions in much more effective strategies without inflicting pains on the person I am supporting, myself and others.
It was very educative and jack is very good trainer. We learnt much from it.
Amazing the trainer was brilliant and she was teaching in a fun and in an informative way. I loved it and would do it again 10/10.

The trainers were both absolutely amazing. I felt comfortable to ask questions and well looked after. The delivery of Amy’s work was very well delivered. She ensure it was broken down in chunks for the group to be able to absorb information. I have no improvement for them as I honestly was so please with everything. The only thing I would recommend is some visual aids or notes of the holds in the book to refer to. It can be hard to remember them all but having something to refer back too in the booklet would be useful.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course and found it incredibly valuable. From the start, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt comfortable throughout. The training materials were easy to understand and retain, making it simple to apply what I learned. The trainers were amazing—knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely supportive. They created an inclusive and engaging environment where everyone felt encouraged to participate. The pace of the course was just right, allowing us to absorb the content without feeling rushed. Very engaging throughout, have alot of experience overall with this topic and dread attending however Amy was very enthusiastic and inspiring when delivering the course.

The whole experience of the training was insightful. The colleagues I was with had amazing experience. I could relate but also find new information about my current role as well as terminology. Overall amazing experience!
