Haven't done this training in a long time so it was a welcomed refresher, helped to get up to date with the latest training updates.

Excellent delivery of information and skills. Great encouragement and support for experienced and new staff.

Very person centered and trainer has very good knowledge and experience in PBS. Course was delivered in a motivating and exciting way which supported all the staff on the course.

I felt very comfortable in his session I have dyslexia and I explained to him before we started and he made me feel very comfortable with no pressure he told me if I needed anymore time or help he would be happy to help me
