The course was well paced to suit the whole group. The content was relevant and adapted to suit each role. Good recap and good use of examples.

I thought the trainers were really clear throughout both theory and practical. I was initially unsure during the practical but I was offered lots of support until I felt comfortable. It was really reassuring going through the techniques to feel how it would if used on others.
