Good course to refresh memory of techniques

Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) was strange course before i got here. But the training was helpful. I got to understand Arousal Model and how the graph works. It was intensively taught and the national guidelines. The practical was important and good

Just use of more videos would be helpful.
