Andy was great a delivery the course. He was very clear and felt able to ask question when needed. It would be ideal if some of the trainers slide were in the book. Overall I really find the course help and will support the role I do at my setting. I would recommend this course to other colleges in my team and be going back to speak to our leadership team in how we implement sherwood in to our daily practice. Thank you Andy.

This course was fantastic beginning to end, informative and interesting. Andy our trainer was great and gave us all advice and support when needed and supported us in beginning confident with what we have learnt. He was patient and answered any questions we had. We hope to see him next year for our refresher

Andy was fantastic, the course was very informative with examples given by himself and others in the group. I felt I could ask questions whenever needed and elevated some of my concerns with regards to implementing the forms needed and getting SLT to ensure I was covered legally. The practical was intensive but Andy ensured everything was broken down step by step. He would assist you if you needed help and answered questions. The course book was really good.
