The training was helpful and the trainer managed to show us different kinds of techniques to use while restraining incase it is needed.
The trainer has a passion for reducing restraints and has a good understanding on how restraints can effect humans and the long term damage this can have on people the trainer was able to give examples of possible solutions to real life situations that we face in our day to day work life this has been a pleasure to take part in and and has given the learners the skills to continue to strive to work in the least restrictive way possible
I am lucky to have been trained by the best Jack . Very elaborate, respectful and knowledgeable. I can now confidently manage behavior that challenges without doubt. I recommend Sherwood to everyone.

Learnt a lot from factors influencing behaviour, it gave me a proper view on what influences or knownin cues to some certain behaviour and how to de- escalate behaviour
I have learned more on the restriction skills and have gained knowledge on how to handle service user as well as protecting my self. The trainer was clear ,calm and respectful.
