Dea is a fantastic tutor. She's passionate about positive behaviour support and that shows, in turn that means that the staff members are trained to a high standard. It's the 3rd time I've done the 3 day due to it running out lots and she was the best!

The course was very helpful and i was made to feel comfortable and confident enough to go to packaged requiring more challenging behaviour. Chantelle explained the course really well and in detail and explained how it can benefit both staff and service user.

The course was informative and interesting, chantelle gave relevant info and was happy to answer any questions. she gave good examples that she has experienced which helped give better understanding to a real life situation, overall very helpful.

It is being a good day today with the training and the trainer. His ability to take us through ways to talk to people and still be at your base line. The breakaway skills and least ways to restrain people will help me in my day to day living and not only at work. I am privilege to take part in this training with Ben.
