I learnt a lot on this course which will help me for my work kirstie is a good teacher she was polite and calm.

I have had some PBS training prior to this,it's nothing compared to Kirsty's .Kirstys approach and genuiness in tea hing this subject was amazing,informative and friendly.I really enjoyed the whole course. Thank you kirsty.
