Jack was really helpful and thorough with going through the techniques

Trainers where excellent made all the course enjoyable. Day one and 2 delivered clear and enjoyable very detailed training Day 3 brilliant hands on trainer delivery clear and thoroughly understanding, great guys and great course

Amazing trainers both Liam and Jack where brilliant two days with Jack and one day with Liam before rpi and pbs I had done cpi training I feel a lot more comfortable with this rpi pbs a lot of knowledge with both trainers overall amazing course would definitely recommend doing this if you work in the care sector

this was a really good skill to learn and have while working at innova. jack delivered day 1 and 2 to which he gave great insight to what to do and what to do with a resident if they are agaitated or if we see a cue to what to expect and liam delivered day 3 and he did a great job at giving instructions and insite to give us more on what to do when a resident needs to be restrained or able to give the safety to us and the residents

jack trained us on day 1-2, was very informative and gave lots of examples, went through everything very thoroughly and made sure everyone understood and was happy 100%, answered all questions in detail. liam trained us on day 3, was also very informative, all same points as jack, put us into real life situations which really helped.

Jack delivered day one and two Lima delivered day three Both delivery was to an exceptional level and the content of the course was to a high exceptional level throughout. Really enjoyed the practical side, eased any anxieties that were pre-existing.

Jack primary trainer presented the course brilliantly. Liam came in on the 3rd day has been great and delivered it safely for all.

Awesome. Jack delivered day 1 & 2. He was an amazing trainer. Explained and demonstrated primary and secondary physical intervention techniques. Liam delivered day 3 in an equally excellent way. He took explains and demonstrated Tertiary physical intervention techniques with so much emphasis on the technique being the last option and with the sole intention of delivering safety to both staffs and other service users.

Jack delivered day 1 and 2 , Jack taught us desalination which was amazing, Jack engaged and involved all off us and made me feel at ease. Liam was absolutely amazing , kept us on our toes all day , he explained absolutely everything he was doing and why he was doing this , he answered all my questions . The skills I now have has made me feel more confident in the steps I need to take in certain situations. Thanks guys

Jack delivered day 1 and 2 Liam delivered day 3. I have been trained in cpi and other courses before which on reflection are not needed to be so forceful and traumatic in the physical restraint aspect and can be performed in a much more humane way. It is concerning to think that such practices could have put me in danger and would explain why at times staff have become hurt or stated 'the technique did nit work' Jack was calm and reflective. He engaged the group through examples which were down to earth and real. Although it must have been difficult for Liam to walk in to day 3 and then have to lead the group he dud so brilliantly. I may also add that all the staff in this group are new to each other and some are new to care so this was not an established group. Some of us had never met so mat have been harder to engage.
