Incredibly passionate about care and that shows in the enthusiasm in which he teaches. Kept us interested and engaged throughout every day and I took in all of the information that was given. It’s the first time I’ve throughly enjoyed training and wish it was longer.

Joe was a really good trainer is knowledge on the subject was really good and he got everybody involved in the course and we had a lot of group discussions.

I like the fact that this courses main focus is on positive behaviour support that doesn’t just concentrate on physical holds but instead builds knowledge and confidence in people’s skills in communication and awareness.

I feel equipped to use my new skills when necessary and I have an in depth understanding of the theory and evidence behind these skills
