Frankly speaking, this is one of the best I came across. The teaching was fantastic, well conducted and explained. Very experienced teachers, I was very comfortable doing the training and some of techniques I have learnt makes me so confident in my job. Great teaching! Many thanks

Jon made the course fun and serious at the same time. Despite having done some of it before I still learnt new things and Jon made it really interesting. He was very knowledgable and passionate about what he was teaching.
