RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,216 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

Liam was engaging throughout the training. Very thorough and informative. Patient if someone wasn’t getting something right. I’ve taken away a lot from this course. Info and the physical part as well and will go into the job feeling more confident. Thanks Liam!!

Great course, very interactive and interesting. Ben ensured we all understood each topic before moving on and created a safe space to ask questions if needed. Ben is a great trainer and very friendly, felt very comfortable accross the three days and would recommend to anyone.

Response: Hi Ellie, Thank you for the feedback. We will be sure to share your kind words with the trainer.

Training was very really good and well talked through. Felt like it was done at a good pace and allow staff to ask questions between tasks before moving on and ensuring staff felt comfortable with each technique before moving on

Liam was fantastic trainer, hard to follow the theory just with PowerPoint and being quite long. But Liam made it interesting and not boring and showed the practical skills very effectively and checked everyone thoroughly. Provide lots of support and made me feel comfortable to ask questions
