They were both really good and worked together well as a team to give thorough training. I enjoyed that they used real life examples of how it will be used for us, and they gave each of us the time and attention needed to perfect the break aways and restraints, and the theory was thorough and they went into enough detail but kept the vibe up and kept it very interesting so we didnt lose focus. It was very good and was the first training I've ever had on my life that was so easily digestible to my neurodivergent brain. Both excellent trainers and I hope to have them again for future trainings. They were very person centred with there training which is very appreciated as often people forget to do that with staff. Thankyou lots to both of them.

Absolutely fantastic course, I felt comfortable from the outset, I also felt that the course had some value rather than just a company box ticking exercise. I really enjoy the theory and how Ben shows you how to apply basic level psychology such as hooks to de-escalate a situation. Ben is a fantastic and friendly trainer as well as a just all round great guy. Barry and Rob was excellent at assisting him as well as very patient and professional when I was struggling with certain m holds. I felt that the physical intervention was far superior of that of the SIA and would recommend this course to anyone.

The PBS Level 3 training was in-depth, practical, and well-delivered, enhancing my skills in managing complex behaviors using person-centered, ethical approaches. The trainer was knowledgeable and engaging, making the content easy to apply in practice. It was highly relevant and boosted my confidence in applying PBS at an advanced level.
I’ve done my Level 3 pbs course today with Alan I found he made it very interesting and explained it thoroughly and in great detail especially the restrictive practices he asked if we understood and let us practice until we were confident and comfortable doing them so thanks he’s a great trainer 100 per cent recommended
