I really enjoyed the training course and learnt a lot! I went on knowing nothing about physical intervention and learnt a lot with jonathon. He explained the theory very well and taught the techniques very well.

Great course, well presented and relaxed. Great trainer. Would be very useful if could be taught to all staff so all on the same page.

Course content relevant to my area ,trainer is very knowledgeable and open to discussion with the group.enjoyed learning new skills,delivery of course was fun and relaxed,trainer engaged the group well Content/theory element helpful in everyday life.thanks

Having completed physical intervention before with another Company. I can honestly say Kirstie made this training light easy following and very interactive. The physical side didn't become repetitive and kirstie continuesly kept your interest. Thank you very much for teaching me a safer more friendly way to use physical intervention and the confidence for me to tell my colleagues about this training .
