Lee was an amazing trainer and really kept the whole group engaged. He was non judgmental and open which helped keep a serious course somewhat lighthearted and enjoyable. Although parts of the course was heavy, Lee was extremely gentle and understanding with his approach which made the course so much more enjoyable. Thanks Lee what a great trainer
