I really enjoyed this course and I felt Ajay and Joe both kept if fun and interesting whilst also giving us all the relevant information. I also think that everyone on the course sharing their stories and experiences made it more memorable.

Training was brilliant learnt so much over 3 days

Good balance of listening vs interactive exercises and group activities. Really friendly trainers with very clear explanations when any questions were asked

3 interesting days. Really interesting and engaging. The trainers are really well cultured and encouraging. I absolutely enjoyed my training and learnt a lot.

The course was really fun and alot more intresting then i thought john as a trainer was amazing and really knows how to keep you engaged

I learnt alot of new information about talking people down and when restraint is needed, Ben was a fantastic trainer who made the course fun but also full of information and help me improve when I was doing messing up

The course was very educational and show a much better side of how to deal with certain situations, the training had shown so much better ways to deal with situations and helps promote safety with all people and departments that are in situations, the trainer was very educational and managed to show both theory and physical parts of the course to be shown and learned in the best manner and had helped get a better understanding of the better ways to deal with certain situations
