Great course, great trainer, lead the course well, was professional, patient and funny. Knew his stuff, was able to answer questions, very thorough.
Fantastic course, with good content that was tailored to the people we support. Jack was very engaging and knowledgeable. Some bespoke physical restraint holds are required due to person uses a wheelchair. Discussed with Jack.
