Interesting and a good reminder, but not really useful inin our setting

Jon was great, made the course a lot of fun and therefore rememberable. Took into account the extreme heat and gave regular breaks.

Really good trainer! Session was good Jonathan very knowledgeable on what he does made the training enjoyable

Matthew was very knowledgeable around the course contents and delivered in a personal way

I have had a good course with Liam today he has reminded me of things I was not sure about which I had done last year And been brilliant with the breakaway techniques on reminding me which way I need to go when am breaking away

Great session, learned a lot.

Really good to refresh your skills and get new ideas how to use and additional info in job skill
