Response: Hi Sheena. Thank you for your lovely feedback. It was a pleasure to train you all.
Kirsty has been an excellent trainer who’s been patient, consistent, considerate & very friendly. The interaction has been an adequate amount of time, she’s friendly, approachable & has chatted individually to everyone 😁
Very good. Makes me feel I have the tools to now assess behaviour in regards to whats a trigger, cues, exceleration deceleration ect and makes more sence in order that i can see a process and be able to follow it for each person in a personal centred way
Great training. Has really helped me. Will feel more confident if a situation arised.
Video clips of the practicals should be provided for future training of the module. Excellent training and delivery.
Amy was amazing , she had a great knowledge of the course material, background surrounding the material and service users presentations. I'm sure this has been said a thousand times but Amy was externally professional, her teaching methods were brilliant, she was adaptable, approachable, professional, Amy has natural ability - not just to teach, but to coach, encourage and promote an effective learning environment for all that attended. I cannot suggest any areas for improvement , partocualry In Amy and her skills and attitude, it is clear that she has a natural passion to Improve service users quality of life and this is reflected in every aspect of the course
Very fun and informative. Liam made the course very entertaining and engaging which is my way of learning and really helped me learn. He also made sure we fully understood all the techniques when doing the physical side of the course, and when i struggled and was confused explained things in more detail. Kirsty also made the day yesterday really engaging and i learned lots.
