Response: Hi Kingsley. Thank you for the lovely and positive comments about Linsey and the course. I was just wondering if there were any concerns on the course as you have scored the trainer 1 out of 5, which we would class as a negative score. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there were any concerns on kirsty.briggs@sherwoodtraining.co.uk. I look forward to hearing from you.

Full of information and skills I’ll be able to use in my job to ensure a better quality of life for the residents. Sticking with the health and safety and using the least restrictive way.

Very fun. Kept me engaged the whole time. Made the information very easy to take in. My overall understanding of PBS is far better. I believe I can now understand my residents behaviours far better and know the appropriate ways to deal with the behaviour
