Now I have gotten a better understanding of Positive Behavior support. Now I understand behaviors of concern better. The course was very interesting and educative.

Full of information and skills I’ll be able to use in my job to ensure a better quality of life for the residents. Sticking with the health and safety and using the least restrictive way.
Very fun. Kept me engaged the whole time. Made the information very easy to take in. My overall understanding of PBS is far better. I believe I can now understand my residents behaviours far better and know the appropriate ways to deal with the behaviour
