Nice and relaxed great course presentation aswell.
For a 1 day course the content was vast but easy to digest. Stefan is an excellent trainer who clearly knows his stuff. Comfortable environment so you can ask any questions - or stupid questions - and he did not brush over them. I now feel more confident as my role of first aider in the workplace.
Enjoyable refresher course and not too lengthy
Stefan was very knowledgable and made the day fun and engaging - acknowledging each persons own individual needs and work environments.
