Great staff and facility

Instructor was very knowledgeable and passionate about delivering the course in a lighthearted but serious way. Always checking to make sure you understood what was being taught and if you had any questions or points that required further clarification.

Really good course, pace was perfect

Overall the course gave a great insight on first aid, I am now having confidence in attending casualties. Keith is very professional, subject matter expert, his teaching skills are amazing.

The first aid training was very informative and well delivered. The instructor explained everything clearly and made the session engaging with practical examples. I feel more confident now in handling emergency situations and applying basic first aid techniques. The hands-on practice was especially helpful, as it made the learning more realistic and easier to remember. Overall, the training was useful and relevant, and I would recommend it to others. One suggestion for improvement would be to allow a bit more time for practical exercises or scenario-based practice.

The course was very compact and lot to take in over a short period of time. Keith our instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful and added a bit of humour which always helps you learn and retain knowledge. Thank you Albacare and I will recommend you to all my workforce

The trainer Gary was fantastic. So knowledgeable and helped relate the training to real life experiences. He put the group at ease and made you feel very comfortable and supported throughout the day. I do not think i would have enjoyed the course this much if it had not been for Gary and his training style. Absolutely brilliant.
