The first aid training was very informative and well delivered. The instructor explained everything clearly and made the session engaging with practical examples. I feel more confident now in handling emergency situations and applying basic first aid techniques.
The hands-on practice was especially helpful, as it made the learning more realistic and easier to remember. Overall, the training was useful and relevant, and I would recommend it to others.
One suggestion for improvement would be to allow a bit more time for practical exercises or scenario-based practice.

The trainer Gary was fantastic. So knowledgeable and helped relate the training to real life experiences. He put the group at ease and made you feel very comfortable and supported throughout the day. I do not think i would have enjoyed the course this much if it had not been for Gary and his training style. Absolutely brilliant.
