Great learning and refresher for EFAW

Keith was great! Had a good day and the course was very informational.

Good course, the instructor was engaging and keen to get people involved and cover the required content plus any specifics that people wanted.

I came to the course with not much knowledge! but now after leaving today so much more confident if anything had to happen in my work or outside. I feel I would be happy to step in & help rather than just running away. Also the lunch was lovely. Thank you Keith & the rest of Alba care

Fantastically presented. Very dyslexic friendly , breaks was welcome at perfect timing for a movement brake. Lots of clarification time, space for questions and lots of praise on method work. The environment was brilliantly supportive and I'm pleased to leave with a confidence in all the things I was worried about today for. Thanks very much for having me.
