Excellent course covering the essential topic
I very much enjoyed the course, particularly the size of the group. It was interactive and interesting. The group were given the opportunity to ask questions and the pace of the day was just right.
A very intense course. Covered a lot of categories in such a short time. Instructor was very good. Made it slightly humerous so I learnt a lot more.

Richard was a fantastic instructor! The perfect combo of knowledge and banter that keeps a subject like this interesting and not scary whilst passing on the needed knowledge. I would highly recommend this training to colleagues or others.
