Very good hands on trainer easy to understand and good to talk to makes it easy to remember when it’s hands on work Fred was a good addition to break the ice wasn’t scared to give personal examples for better understanding

Really great learning experience. Keith was very knowledgable and made the training really easy to understand.

Instructor was very friendly and engaging with the course material. Kept everyone involved throughout course and always made sure everyone understood what was being explained.

Keith was patient, clear and informative with his material. Good use of teaching aids to give better understanding of situations and trchniques.

A very interesting 3 days

Keith was a great first aid trainer, he was very thorough with the whole course. It was kept light and fun while reiterating how serious situations in real life are. I’m very glad I done the course and have a lot of knowledge on first aid if needed in the future now.

Enjoyed the course, and using the different dummy for cpr was a bit different and harder, was a eye opener. Instructor very good made you feel at ease.

Kept interest going throughout the three days with good information and knowledge. Will take a lot away from it.
