I liked how the instructor was pretty blunt with how first aid can be it's the first time I've actually had that in the 6 years of doing first aid One bit of feedback is the location of the venue all 3 days of the course i had a terrible time trying to get into the place from public transport, if i had known how bad it was to get to i wouldn't have taken the course,it took my onto busy roundabouts flooded underpasses and 60 mph roads to get past 3 under passes, maybe a bit of a warning or comment on the website about it to let people know as not everyone has a car or can take it because of company policy
The instructor was amazing having an exceptional skill on what he was doing. Enjoyed to learn my course with Albacare.

the course was very good and made me confident in assisting with first aid if needed. The instructor keith was very helpful explaining different situations and scenarios in which to use the first aid we’d learned
A great course and good grounding for an emergency response. We benefited from the small class size with more time to ask a lot of questions.
