Excellent instructor and very interested course.
Keth was patient and able to adapt the course for new and experienced alike. Consideration given to physical limitations (dodgy knee), so still able to participate and complete.

Course was really good, informative and had a good amount of interactive elements Only issue with the location was there isn't any parking at the office but not much can be done about that .

The course covered a lot of different areas of first aid. Richard was very helpful and answered all my questions. The balance between theory and actually trying the techniques was equal and lots of opportunities to try these out and gain confidence. Additional CPR practise was given after questions about children which I found very helpful.
Fab, relaxed course with ideal group size. Fun and informative.
