Keith was very informative, genuinely interested which delivered an interesting atmosphere to learn in. Good humour and a great learning experience overall. I feel very prepared to take on a first aid role and more confident in the steps to take to help a casualty.
Fantastic course. No question was 'too stupid' for Keith and his amiable style was infectious and put everyone at ease. Very well presented.
The course was very informative and the instructor Keith was tremendous at what he does and I would recommend this course to anybody.
Great location for parking etc. supplying free sandwiches, biscuits etc was a nice touch. Keith had a great range of knowledge about the course, could answer all questions effectively with great detail. He never hesitated to help each individual person in all tasks to make sure we could complete them and knew what to do. The course had lots of hands on learning and discussion points which helped knock the knowledge into my brain, the book is also great for answering questions with great diagrams. The anagrams for each thing also help with memory.

Great in depth, thorough course. Keith is an incredible teacher, who makes sure you are confident and competent in the practice of First Aid before you leave the course.
