Richard was an excellent first aid instructor with a great way of putting across the leaning outcomes for the course. Thoroughly enjoyable and informative.

Totally enjoyed the course over the 3 days. It was great to interact with others on the course. Both Richard and Keith were really great to work with which made it really exciting and interesting. They had great knowledge and were very helpful and patient with each and everyone involved.

Had a laugh with the instructor was light hearted but serious when he had to be regaurding course content. Overall the first aid course was delivered very well and was made fun rather than the usual dry boring powerpoint presentations.
