Very good to switch off from work for an hour, went very quickly and I think we could all benefit from doing this course regularly to remind us of the importance of mindfulness.

Mindful Surrey (Catherine) presented an hour-long “Introduction to Mindfulness” session for our employees to give a bit of an overview about what Mindfulness is/how it originated, but more importantly, how we could incorporate it into our daily lives to better support our wellbeing and resilience. I left the session feeling so relaxed, and have managed to incorporate some of the tools I learnt during the session into my daily life in the days that have since followed!
