A single session designed to give you a simple introduction to mindfulness.

What you will learn

The session includes a brief explanation of what mindfulness is, and how it can help people relax and cope with challenges of life such as stress, anxiety, depression, overthinking and sleep problems. We introduce effective ways of relating to our thoughts and emotions, and of being kind to ourselves. The session includes the chance to practise simple meditations and ask questions.
